Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, then check out as a guest or with an account. Once the order is placed you pay by Interac e-Transfer. The payment instructions are shown on your order page and sent by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer, sent from any Canadian bank account.
Is there a discount on my first order?
Yes. Enter the code WELCOME at checkout for 10% off your first order.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible at info@canadianpeps.com. If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we cancel it and refund it in full. Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada. We do not ship outside Canada.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery then takes 3-7 business days depending on where you are. We ship with Canada Post or FedEx.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $399.00. Below that, tracked shipping is a flat $25.00.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box and the label does not say what is inside.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships we email you the tracking number so you can follow it on the carrier's website.
Products
What do you sell?
Research peptides, SARMs and related compounds, plus the supplies used with them: bacteriostatic water, syringes, needles and prep pads.
Are your products tested?
Yes. Every batch is quality tested before it is listed for sale.
How should peptides be stored?
Keep sealed vials in a fridge and out of sunlight. Once a powder has been mixed with liquid, keep it cold and use it within a few weeks.
What does "reconstitute" mean?
Most peptides arrive as a dry powder in a sealed vial. Reconstituting means mixing that powder with a liquid, usually bacteriostatic water, before it is used.
What are these products for?
Laboratory research only. They are not for human or animal use, and by ordering you confirm that is how they will be used.
Returns & support
What is your return policy?
Because of what we sell, we cannot take back products that are not defective. If something arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it to your original payment method.
What if my parcel is lost in transit?
Contact us right away. We work with the carrier to find it, and if it is lost we replace the items or refund you.
