The basics
Words you will see in every guide
Strengths are listed in mg (milligrams) or mcg (micrograms). One milligram is one thousand micrograms. Most peptides arrive as a dry powder that is mixed with liquid before use.
- Peptide
- A very small protein, made of amino acids joined in a chain.
- SARM
- Short for selective androgen receptor modulator.
- Receptor
- A docking spot on a cell that a molecule binds to.
- Vial
- A small glass bottle with a rubber top.
- Reconstitute
- To mix a dry powder with liquid so it can be used.
- mg and mcg
- The two units strengths are listed in. One mg is 1,000 mcg.
