What is the Supplies category?

This page holds the tools that labs use with a compound. It holds no compound of its own, just the water, the needles and the wipes used with a vial. A vial is a small sealed glass bottle.

What labs use them for

• Mixing a powder. Bacteriostatic water is used to reconstitute a compound, which means to mix a dry powder with liquid.
• Drawing and measuring. A syringe draws and measures liquid, and it comes in set sizes such as 1cc and 3cc.
• Needle gauge sizes. Needles are marked by gauge, or G, and that number shows how thin the needle is.
• Wiping things down. Alcohol pads wipe a vial top or a work bench before a task.

What we stock

We stock Bacteriostatic Water in a 30 ml vial. We also stock Sodium Chloride 0.9% in the same 30 ml size, with a preservative added. Needles come as SOL-M Hypodermic Needles, in 18G, 23G and 25G. There is a SOL-M 3cc Luer Lock Syringe as well. We also stock SOL-M Peptide/HGH Syringes, 1cc and 30G, in packs of 10. Last, we stock sterile Alcohol Prep Pads.
