What is PT-141 (Bremelanotide)?

PT-141 is a peptide. A peptide is a very small protein. Its other name is Bremelanotide.

It binds to melanocortin receptors. A receptor is a docking point on a cell. The two studied here are MC-3 and MC-4.

These receptors sit in the brain. Studies note it acts through nerve signals, not through blood vessels.

What you get

One sealed glass vial of white powder. Each vial holds 10 mg of PT-141. Mix the powder with liquid before use. That liquid is usually bacteriostatic water, which we sell on its own. Health Canada has not approved it for human use.

How to store it

Keep the sealed vial cold, in a fridge, away from light. Once mixed with liquid, keep it cold and use it within a few weeks.
