What is Gonadorelin?

Gonadorelin is a peptide, which is a very small protein. It is a lab-made copy of GnRH. GnRH is a hormone the body makes on its own.

GnRH is short for gonadotropin-releasing hormone. It sets off the release of two more hormones. Those two are LH and FSH.

What researchers study it for

• Release of LH and FSH. Labs study how it sets off LH and FSH from the pituitary gland.
• Testosterone in lab models. Studies measure how these hormone shifts affect testosterone in lab models.
• Work on the testes. Labs study how it acts on the testes.
• Pulse-like release. Researchers study how it is released in pulses. This matches the natural rhythm of the body.
• Use in PCT studies. It is often studied during PCT. PCT is the stretch of time after a steroid research cycle ends.
